At The Clothesline Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home drying solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the clothesline or hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, lines, and assembly components are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
